Continuing the tradition of leading the pack, Nailers were the first to introduce a viable gel-based knee pad. The previous experiments with "squishy bicycle seat" gels left them frustrated: the gel moved out of the way when knelt upon and really didn't support a worker's kneeling weight. It took an advance in gel technology - fusing traditional foam for support and modern gel for soft comfort - before they could offer the market the most comfortable and durable pads available today.
